Conformance Control
Conformance control is provided using company manufactured chemicals of the following type:
1. Sludge-forming chemicals that improve the injection profile and increase the injection capacity of wells due to washing away paraffin/asphaltene deposits.
2. Emulsion-forming chemicals that enhance the efficiency of acid treatments due to plugging of high-permeability formation zones and involvement of low-permeability zones; and that improve the injection profile.
Case history: VCNG oilfield.
Chemicals used: SONPAR-5401, SONCOR-9601 emulsifier.
Well Acidizing
Acidic compositions have been specially designed for use in carbonate and terrigenous reservoirs to stimulate wells.
Chemicals used in well acidizing are SONSOL-3000, SONCOR-9510K.
Well Cleanout with Solvent
Well cleanout technique consists in washing out of asphaltene / paraffin deposits from a borehole and production tubing without affecting the reservoir, which results in paraffin/asphaltene removal from perforation zone and oil-well tubing.
Case history: Orenburgneft oilfield, OJSC “ANK-Bashneft”.
Chemicals used for well cleanout: SONPAR-5401, SONPAR-5402.
Thermal Treatment of Bottomhole Zone
The treatment consists in a comprehensive treatment of bottomhole zone clogged with paraffin/asphaltene deposits using binary mixture of chemicals: highly efficient hydrocarbon solvent, thermal two-component agent. The treatment results in paraffin/asphaltene removal from perforation zone and oil-well tubing. Case history: VCNG oilfield.
Chemicals: SONPAR-5402, thermal mixture, SONHYD-1801.
Downhole treatment chemicals are based on the products manufactured by Neftechim Technologies and are designed both to increase oil production rates and to enhance the injection capacity of water injection wells to ensure stable field operation.
