On-site servicing is an integral part of comprehensive chemical treatment and monitoring programs which are developed to protect oilfield equipment against a variety of complications, including corrosion, scaling, paraffin and asphaltene deposition, biofouling. Our engineers provide a thorough investigation and analysis of oil production systems. Results and recommendations are further reported to oil companies. On their basis comprehensive programs are developed and implemented relating to:
- corrosion protection, biofouling control of process equipment and pipelines;
- control of scaling, paraffin and asphaltene deposition and hydrate formation in process equipment and pipelines.
The programs are based on the application of highly effective chemicals which are developed and manufactured at company-owned production facilities: demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, neutralizers, depressants and paraffin dispersants, scale dispersants, bactericides, paraffin solvents, oxygen scavengers, etc). On-going field supervision over chemicals injection and the use of monitoring instruments is an essential part of a complete field servicing program along with supplementary consulting on application of chemicals. Raw materials undergo a thorough analysis, upon which suitable chemicals are selected and if necessary new customized compositions are elaborated for demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, scale and paraffin inhibitors, dispersants, etc. The company also supplies pilot batches of chemicals for field trials.
Our specialists:
- conduct a thorough inspection of technical problems encountered in oil and gas production systems, separate units and apparatus;
- carry out screening of chemicals considering local conditions, crude oil properties, sludge content, case studies relating to previous application of chemicals, environmental conditions, etc.
- in case the problem can not be solved by applying existing chemicals, new compositions are developed;
- run on-site laboratory and field tests;
- provide instrumentation to monitor the performance of chemicals;
- carry out chemical treatments of process equipment via stationary feeders and company-owned treating trucks;
- provide maintenance support for chemical injection units;
- conduct field supervision over the use of chemicals at customer’s site.

- Over 100 employees all over Russia that inject chemicals using treating trucks and stationary feeders;
- Over 50 units of specialized machinery;
- 20 types of injected chemicals;
- Over 3000 sites for injection of chemicals in the oilfields covering 5 regions of Russian Federation;
- Repair and maintenance provided for over 600 stationary feeders;
- Monitoring and scientific support of oilfield operations.
Since 2006 CJSC Neftechim Technologies had started the implementation of pilot projects in comprehensive chemical treatment and monitoring of internal corrosion, asphaltene and paraffin deposition, scaling, hydrate formation in oilfield facilities belonging to major Russian oil and gas companies.
